We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Is that not the case? Then you can easily return the product.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Would you like to return a product? Please notify us within 14 days of receipt via the contact form or by email. After your notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Always include a bill with your original order number and your contact information with the return. This way we can process the return quickly and correctly.

Important conditions for returns

We can only offer full refunds if the following conditions are met:

• The product may be tried out as you would in a physical store.

• Products with a seal may be returned only if this seal has not been broken, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

• If the product is damaged by use or during return, we reserve the right to charge depreciation.

• Always return the product in its original packaging, if possible.

Product exchange

Want to exchange the product for another size or variant? You can. The above return conditions also apply to exchanges. We will ship the replacement product within five business days of receiving the return package. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs within 14 days.The shipping costs for the return itself are at your own expense and will not be refunded.
