It’s never too late to start popping! Everything started on an ordinary day – you wake up as usual, drink your usual cup of coffee … until suddenly Rafa’s voice changes your direction: “Hey Eva, you’ve been running for a few years now, shouldn’t you be doing some interval training?” Intervals? Well, that’s what you get when you don’t start running until you’re 35.

But Eva went for it – and how:
– Three-time Catalan champion (2019) on the indoor and outdoor track: long jump, triple jump and relay
– Bronze at the Spanish championships triple jump
– Spanish champion 4×400 meters (2018) as well as 1000 meters and Catalan relays
– Second place at the Catalan championships 400 m, 800 m and mile

As you can see: she took it pretty seriously!
